So we've been busy, and I'm pleased to say its in a good way. With the September birthday brigade behind us, the fall is in full swing. Minus the GD weather of course. Seriously WTF with a high of almost 90 when October is literally two days away?! Ugh, bugging me...anyway, we have gone to a Weber State football game with Dee and Kik, enjoyed the Harvest Moon Festival, rocked peach days, done a double with Luke, enjoyed fam dinner nights with whole fam-damnly, and Ma was awesome enough to show me how to can peaches. (She scored some from Patty who lives in LBC and has a couple trees.) All of which has been awesome!! My only regret is that I only have like ten pictures to show for it as my super fabulous camera has been lost to the void. Seriously pissing me off, but I've searched high and low to no avail. And after crying several times, I'm moving on (or trying to) and am going to use the old poopy one. But I have to format a SD card and get the pictures, all ten with its whopping internal memory, off and start to try and take more. Ok its bumming me out again...moving on!
Halloween is coming, and so is my party!! Woohoo, it should be really cool. I've had a blast being a costume consultant of sorts for dang near everybody. Its lame how much I enjoy doing that kind of thing.
Also of note this weekend Sean and I hit five years or marriage. Go us! And to celebrate we're doing an overnighter in SLC! Again retarded excited over here. We have only been away from Lucy once since she was born and that wasn't going away that was her sleeping over at Grandma and Poppi's. The folks and Kik/Josh are kind enough to tag team so that Sean and I can celebrate in full on adult style in the Saltiest of Cities. I really need this and am beyond stoked. (did I mention that already ;) ) Of course on my way down I'm sure the impending doubts of leaving Lucy, she's three I should be over that by now right?!, will kick in but I think Sean and I really need this so I'll get over it.
PS-decided my up at four thirty time might be a great time to rock the whole blog thing, I feel to guilty doing it while Lucy is awake and by the time its bed time I want alone time with Sean or to veg..just sayin'
